Big finn, this is June 2010. Have a look at the outgoings to AGMPL each year, the services agreement in place and the outgoings for the Directors of AGV, QBL, CGB since 2007. Cross reference them with the Financial Statements for each year and you will realize that we as shareholders are in fact paying for diretors of 2 separate entities. Add the amounts for Directors of CGB and look at the amounts we pay to AGMPL (broken down into "executive services".
