@csharmoEvening CS
I have little desire to get into a stoush with you about minor matters. Our attention ought to be directed to the BOD.
You say I have been critical of the BOM (I assume you mean BOD). I most certainly have and will continue to do so.
After all - you must agree that the BOD is accountable to its shareholders. If you care to look most of my questions and concerns arise from reading company announcements and reconciling the information contained in those documents with some of the following ASIC notes.
1.
https://asic.gov.au/regulatory-resources/corporate-governance/2.
https://asic.gov.au/regulatory-resources/corporate-governance/shareholder-engagement/And this
https://www.moneysmart.gov.au/investing/investment-warnings"Here are some things to look for that may indicate something is not right with the company you have invested in:
1. The company continually raises funds but it's not clear what the funds are being used for or there is nothing to show for its expenses.
2. The company does not release updates on their exploration or research and development (R&D) activity.
3.
The company is paying large consulting or service fees to related parties.4. The company's accounts have significant unexplained or unusual expenses.
5.
The company has taken on loans, asset sales or purchase agreements with related parties where there is no clear business purpose or benefit."
These are warnings - things for investors to look for - issued by ASIC. I have bolded the ones that can be supported by the facts. The facts that I refer to can be easily located in the 2019 Annual Report.
Point 3 - the funds expended on AGMPL. A related entity.
Point 5 - the loans made by CGB to AGMPL - Volcan - Plateau Bauxite - all related entities.
It seems that you wanted to turn my comment about "
playing the man and not the ball" back towards me - I do not think that is a sustainable position given the facts.
"Play the man and not the ball". Always. We should both do that.
The above facts and the actions of the BOD (remember they control and spend millions of dollars of shareholders funds) my friend ... is the ball!
