I was reading today a Citi telecommunications analyst view that if Telstra take up a 20% share of the new NBN company,(in exchange for adding some of it's infrastructure assets to the project), due to dilution the share price would be valued at $3.22.
Doing nothing and risking harsher regulatory reform could lead to a share valuation of $2.95
