Assuming or trying to predict when the license will arrive (Early, on-time or late or not at all) is a gamble and a risk.
It is as easy as this:
1. Buy now and wait, When we get the license you will be very well rewarded.
2.Wait until we have the final license and buy but you will have to buy in at much higher SP then todays price
3.Dont buy at all and just watch from the sidelines
I am prepared to take this risk of buying early and waiting for that license to arrive, I cant see the U.S Government turning it down but this is my opinion.
Write your own story, Never take advice from people on H.C.....Go with what you believe will happen as its your money!
