This looks to me (as JT has correctly identified) as a big on-market buyer he was chomping away at anything offered 30c-31.5c but then the sells stopped.
Now he is getting a little impatient and has gobbled up 32c we will see if sellers keep feeding him at these levels or if they step back a little how far he is willing to chase the stock.
If this is truly the genesis of some new JV type deal (or similar) I would expect the stock to be chased up a long way from these levels as our magnetite resource is still valued at close to 0 even at 30c per share.
