Just my opinion. Entering into zone of resistance. Large buying power and / or positive news catalyst to punch convincingly through this level or chance of reversal increases.
Also a gap back at $0.385c. Higher highs and higher lows have only been short term. Overall downtrend still in effect. I believe it's being expertly accumulated. Expect some volatile swings still. Set stop losses accordingly.
