Well for starters, as far as I can see, the company has not yet downgraded any revenue forecast it has previously given - ever.
Nor has the company missed any revenue guidance it has given - ever.
The drop in 2020 was because the company (led by Jayne Hrdlicka at that stage) was flagging lower-than-usual EBITDA margin due to increased marketing spend. I think it was predicting 29-30% and it ultimately beat this FY20 EBITDA of 32.9%.
