LD, I think you hit on something with properties being held in different shell companies.
My thought is when they are ready to sell Fosterville West to Agnico, only that will be sold off.
The remainder of the projects will be retained byF S2, either as S2, or in a new arrangement.
There is also the possibility that part of the purchase price for Fosterville West will be some other prospects in Australia that Agnico owns.
Otherwise, the purchase would be some combination of $ , preferred by us, or Agnico shares, preferred by Agnico.
This way, S2 management retains their jobs, and continue to look for the 3rd buyout from the remaining properties.
