The same guy - dgoranssons - was on the MNC threads stating it was a buy at 42 cents or something and its been going down ever since. These chart guys have no credibility whatsoever. Its tea leaves stuff. A bit like economists - there great at telling you what just happened but are useless about telling you whats going to happen.
If these chartists were any good they would'nt be on Hot Copper and would be lounging around as billionaires. I haven't met a rich chartist yet. The only ones who have made a bit of money write books and newsletters. Please, go check out the top 100,000 richest people in the world. None of them are chartists. They are all fundamentalists. I think that tells you something.
