I'm afraid I can't see this any other way - this is not being ALLOWED to run. I admit I'm relatively new to the stock market, but I haven't witnessed anything like this except with FLC. Considering the top 20 hold so many of these shares, I assumed that would mean a tight register which I assumed would mean if people wanted this stock they would have to come to the buyer. But it hasn't been like that at all. The supply at 12 month lows has not dried up but as we have witnessed is continually being fed, and we've all seen continually the buyer coming down to the seller. So in my 2.5 years of stock watching it seems I've learned nothing.
