With HH/HL beginning to form we were starting to look okay, but the final piece of the puzzle, Volume, just isn't there.
Until we get through resistance and above 0.40 with increased OBV/Vol this will either go sideways or if we miss guidance with no contract announcements, we will most prob head back down, AGAIN.
No excuses this year Henry and BOD need to set achievable goals, regain the markets trust and cut the BS...
