My thoughts were it was pumped up to 1.97 by those who brought in at the capital raise and wanted to sell out to get a nice return. I have no doubt it'll move higher, but the amount of new shares issued will probably mean it'll stay at these low levels for quite some time. It might even go lower depending on macro conditions - not advice.

Current price action doesn't install confidence investing in PAR, but i'm definitely going to take advantage of the major swings we're likely to see. While I think PAR's true value is much higher than it is today, I don't think we can achieve these levels with our current fund manager. PAR needs to find a new fund manager or at least to find ways so they don't have to rely on them, otherwise it's looking like a capital raise at $1.45 in 2024.
