Churning of the SP downwards has Novartis written all over it IMO. (Speculation only) They are trying to bring our P3 trials to a halt while they push their OA candidate through. This would explain the collapse of the SP following release of the 008 results, an outcome that seemingly had PR confused given that the primary endpoint and key secondaries had been achieved. The SP should not have fallen as much as it did.
Market mechanics suggest that the SP should rise from here. If the SP continues to fall (or has significant downward pressure), then it could imply something more nefarious is at play and needs attention from the top brass. I suggested some time ago that PR should relinquish the CEO role at NSB since he would not be able to respond to curve balls while juggling both roles. This may very well be one of those moments.
