The ann. are 1 week prior for Jan, March and Dec quarters.
Rebalance is 3rd Friday in that month, so next Friday would be who's in the bed and who's going to be on the floor!
It all basedon may factors - MCap, but also liquidity and frequency of trades, free float, as I understand. Think those 3 shares fit this bill. They are all big enough now to be front contenders.
