When all is said and done Brk will probably end up with only 35% revenue interest. Payback takes 2 years. Don’t forget they also only get the Oklahoma price which is less than the wti. After payback the flow rates will have declined dramatically leaving revenue of a few million over many many many years.
Why do you think the entire shale oil industry was never able to make any money?!?
