    No offence, but charting and TA only work when there are frequent transactions. SBN only has a few trades per day.

    This stock will tend to drift down, when there has been no news for a long time, and then it will jump when significant news is released. Note the word "significant".

    Charting will NOT predict the jumps, and that is all that matters here.
