there might be some IBR mind changers i.e between taking up their 1 for 4 and now....they could have sold on market upto $1 in recent times and I think theres capital gains relief in a merger situation so a lot won't want out....and for those that wanted out have have had an opportunity for sometime

theres sure to be some sell down on smaller volumes, largely due to the confusion from both coy shareholders on not gaining 90%, people might think that its some sort of no-mans land .....you even see lots of confusion on this site....but the smart money will be waiting at the bottom....HC will be giving some good fundamental info in a matter of weeks...then the scramble will be on...this is a longer term investment
