Contrary to ASX fair trading rules. Probably a shorter trying to tease out sellers, who would put in low sell prices in order to partake in the close, then get several cents less than they might reasonably expect.
A complaint to ASIC would be the proper approach but they are far to useless take appropriate action.
It is part of the scum tactics of some "institutions" which trade this stock!
