You are making assumptions and asking questions at the same time. You have clearly not done much research here. The farm in agreement was executed. This means that all terms were met. They have since commenced minor exploration and evaluation works because the deal was executed (evidence in various exploration updates).

YOU value them at 1c, this is again based on little research or knowledge. The gypsum project has an npv of about 30m.
They hold several other prospective tenements.

Finally the critical part it appears you are missing is that the CHK market cap is so small. The larger increase in share price as compared with other companies in the area is influenced by this. You are not comparing apples with apples.

If you have concerns then raise the question, but assuming the answer to conclude this is only worth 1c is ridiculous and wrong IMO.
