I have shown that they do. Their unit-holders have a $100m guarantee to the Financiers.JBS doesn't have the financial guarantee, RFF Group have the financial guarantee to the Financiers after J&F (a RFM company) sell up:
"Should J&F default, the Financiers will have first access to any sale proceeds from the sale of assets to extinguish its working capital facility loan plus any associated costs."
RFF then have to make up the difference not JBS (Guarantors) who only guarantee their lease payment agreement.
Try to keep up mate it's your investment.
