Thanks, I suppose the dilemma in terms of investing in an ethical manner ( whatever that means) is positive change more likely if there is skin in the game. But it is difficult as you will see from reading some of the links. It may be naive to think Western 21st century African investment can be a force for good when our competitors may be modeling their governance on our colonial sins once forsaken.
