why would you be out at 60c given that u think a takeover at 53c is daylight robbery.
u see fair value over the $1 mark yet u'll take 60c because "sumthing doesnt smell right"???
wat could possibly not smell right? im very interested to hear ur possible scenarios. and please dont reference the asx releases again. they dont carry any of the armageddon which you have managed to infer from them.
as for the major holder selling at 53c, perhaps they were happy with their return. maybe they were happy to have their investment de-risked and crystalised at a 20% premium to the last close.
in any case, it matters none. sellers sell for any number of reasons. buyer buy for 1 - they see value!!!
