I expect companies are winding down, Starpharma included.
It would seem reasonable to not expect anything significant during what I would consider a quiet period until 4th January at the earliest.
A deal just waiting for final signature could be in place however would be extremely optomistic to think so in my opinion.
The delays have been exhausting this year and I don't know if we have something really sinister going on, however the announcements that have been identified as due in FY19 are plentiful.
This really SHOULD be an amazing 6months if we hit the announcments identified by management without any hiccups.
