All depends on what you predict future cash flows are, and how much you discount those cash flows. I personally have developed a range of valuation that would be acceptable for a business of this size and type. I wont use specific numbers, however I personally believe a valuation below 18C is way way too low, and a valuation above 70c is too high. That is just my personal opinion based on how I analyse the financials, and of course everyone would have a different opinion on what a fair value is. I do believe that the simply wall street valuation and the morning star valuation is pretty good, and they both are quite similar to each other.
