Why post that, it is only positive for DRC as it means they will clean up their Act, to attract more major players like the Germans, increase production of Cobalt through small scale mines, where production costs are minimal and further depress the Cobalt price.Not great for CLA.
I’m tempted to Avg down, but have a gut feeling this is going lower, especially with the festive season approaching.
