I'm not privy to anything I'm thinking out loud. If not holders for example did not have an agreement with the bod to waive fees or if they decided to carry out actions to recoup losses, shareholders should perhaps have been told? This news would be price sensitive? Which would allow holders to decide to sell or whatever. But nothing was said, essentially depriving holders of relevant information!
