Reading between the lines one can surmise the asset was sold for FA which can only mean the economics of the project under its previous capital structure did not stack up.
If anyone is shocked to hear that the BFS for an emerging market mining operation in Australia was overly optimistic then you should probably do a bit more research before buying in next time.
