How can you start a class action when you don't know what's going on? What the plans are? And what the issue is?
You can't just start a class action without knowing these details, can you?
29th November, 2023:
"The securities of Rectifier Technologies Limited (‘RFT’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under
Listing Rule 17.3, pending completion of ASX’s enquiries into RFT’s compliance with section 201A(2) of the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)."
As per the announcement dated 8th Dec 2022:
"ASX has advised that the Company will remain in suspension from quotation under Listing Rule 17.3
pending completion of further enquiries."
I'd bet me left nut, a class action is going to be a waste of money until the ASX has completed its enquiries.
Disconnect between management and the chairman is not suitable grounds for shareholders to take out a class action.
