    Here's an interesting though:
NUF update said to the effect that it is not expected there would be any additional compliance cost and that both commercialization and long term storage issues were basically resolved. Today's press in Malaysia said the government was willing to help Lynas with sending "residue" from Malaysia. Could this mean Condisoil could be package in Malaysai for mandatory shipping outside of Malaysia...that is it's not to be sold in Malaysai but has governmental approval for shipping and/or agricultural use? I would have no trouble if this were/was/is to be the case. Certainly this goes back to the days of Nick and sending residue to Vietnam or Indonesia. The ability to package Condisoil would solve many problems.
Think of it this way: a writer wishes to publishes a book which subject matter is copy-righted for 90 years in the US but only 50 years in dozens of other countries and today is the first day the copy-right protection expired in the dozens of others. Should that writer wait 40 years to be able to publish in the US before going into other countries? Certainly not.

Hence, when Lynas had no sentiment on the NUF update we could look at it as a "not yet yes." But soon!

    *Package product of Malaysia: Condisoil
