You shouldn’t need to double the costs from June and Sept quarters to get full year expenses. Most of the expenses should be in these quarters with planting and harvesting and the upfront on irrigation etc.
$500k revenue from irrigation and surveillance is too light. They should get approx $2m from this based on the last few years. Even though last quarter was much lower than the same quarter in previous years I would imagine that this was just a timing issue of cash receipts. The revenue shouldn’t drop off drastically over the financial year. I’d suggest using $2m in your calcs should be a safe estimate.
