I haven't spoken to the banks involved but spoke to a few project finance banks in the market. there is very little activity and they are keen for any deal. the lack of long term contracts will affect terms (ie more expensive) but the banks are definitely keen, especially the Chinese banks given the D&C contractor and the sales agreement to a Chinese party
