CNCA clarified for Holders, a step closer....

Just to clarification for BUB Holders,.......according to the announcement, through mergers and acquisitions, Bubs will own CapriLac, a leading Nulac food company, and Coach House Dairy. It will also acquire a 49% interest in several processing facilities, including China CNCA certification, manufacturing of goat milk powder and a variety of Dairy processing company Uphamgo Australia.
The transaction is priced at 25 million cash, and another 13.4 million Australian dollars over the next two years as the performance milestone is reached. The asset seller will also receive 19.9% of Bubs' expansion.
The Nulac takeover transaction, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the listed company, will be voted on at the annual general meeting held on December 14.
According to the announcement, Nulac Foods owns the largest supply of goat milk in Australia, plus 6.2 million liters of goat milk from 8,500 goats per year in New Zealand farms. When the transaction is completed, "Bubs will become Australia's only vertically integrated goat milk infant formula manufacturer."
