TPVs dont go far enough.
I advocate the Visa class for illegal entrants. The NFV Visa.
It gives
1) no rights to human rights lawyers
2) no appeals
3) automatic returns to origin
4) 100 strokes of the cane (got that one from Singapore)
5) confiscation of property and cash
If you cant work out what it stands for, you have NFI.
