Epitome, check on Brown's polymetallic ore deposit, right next to us: From Wikipedia...."will produce 15,000 tonnes of copper, 4,000 tonnes of cobalt and 4,000 tonnes of nickel per annum, with a mine life of 30 years." ....So, we might be on some rich ground, and a sheet load of cobalt and nickel is needed to make a lithium-ion battery. Also, as David W posted, I quote, 'Wouldn't it be fantastic to add value to the supply chain to have vertical integration and manufacturing of battery products in Darwin.' This is not to mention that this ground next door also boasts uranium and substantial zinc and lead mineralisation.

In summary the company geos(all over 20 years experience), led by the best, Heath Hellewell, Prospector of the Year 2014, and Gold Explorer of the Year 2011, and  Stephen Biggins, who is renowned in the exploration of base metals, uranium, and gold in Australia and internationally, are mapping out the best ground to give CXO the diversity in the hottest commodities, that it needs to get the edge over the one trick pony lithium competitors. Add Darwin and the world is CXO's oyster.

If and when we go to production we have one of the most experienced and best mining engineers around to go forth, Greg English, and Como Engineering(a big player) are involved in managing metallurgical test work and providing preliminary engineering advice on the Finniss Lithium Project. The latter is a bullish move and it is obvious and evident that we will have a commercial resource to produce, that when you add Darwin, will significantly reduce the cost of production compared to our outback rivals. Great richness has already been revealed, and in the fullness of time whales will leave the oceans and sloths will spring out of trees to back us, and pipsters will be resigned to the annals of history.
