Doesn't really matter, ours is still in the ground for the foreseeable future. Looking at the proxy form that just arrived in the mail the management seems to be only interested in grabbing more performance bonuses & increases in base salary for doing sweet fa and re-election to the board. Send the pricks a message and vote NO to all resolutions.
