It would certainly appear that there has been collusion for an orderly transfer of stock at three cents.

The 3c price cap tells me it has something to do with the rights issue stock. Perhaps someone who wanted in on the rights issue was told they could buy the shares on market minus the attached options? The total number of shares sold by RBC must be heading to 7-8 million. Taghmen Ventures Ltd (new management,lol?) have 12,000,000 shares which they may have had duplicated with shortfall stock, in effect doubling their holding and allowing them to sell off their original holding?
