Opinion noted. I stated my role in life to provide some confidence that I know how this works because I do it every day.

Furthermore I back that up with facts (you know ... those things that you think come from Dr Google) and I hope that people will get a better sense of the realities of construction of mines and process plants in today's environment.

On the other hand you thought a quarry manager could replace a BOD director for $100k pa which clearly demonstrates, especially to those in the know, that you don't have a clue... about the role or the salary. I wonder who is the lost cause.. or if you even understand the cause?

I am not looking for bites, but I do want to present a fair and balanced perspective. You are just trying to dig up rubbish and you don't like it when it's pointed out.... so you think I'm blunt .. and mean. I don't care.

I say this to all non-holders or people who have formed negative opinions and have lost faith ... move on.
