Marsh earns more than the prime minister and hasn't bought a single share while I've held ADN, if ever. His only on-market transaction was to sell 730,000 to raise funds for converting options. And don't get me started again on Joe 'Tax Debt' Ranford.
I'd be interested to know what these people actually do with their money and whether they've bought any other stocks in the past 2-3 years.
Someone needs to shirtfront them at the AGM and ask why they haven't bought on market and when they intend to, as the renumeration provisions require. And no, "there are blackout periods" is not an acceptable response.
