No, IMO they haven't sold out entirely as yet. They have some more to go, and they may wait till there is a pick up on the sp before starting to sell into it again.
But we can also hope that they may find someone out there willing to do a cross trade with them, and put them out of their misery.
If they come down again, IMO it will be a good opportunity to pick up a few more on the cheap.
