Dacata, I would agree with you. Most commentators who preducted a Chinese slowdown poist Olympics cannot conclude this from a position of common sense. For developed nation, there would of course be a slow down post Olympics as infrastructures are no longer required urgently. However for a country like China which is still in the infancy of development, one would be crazy to think that the development would now stop.
Marcus Padley made a good point last night that even up until last week, bank were issuing profit warning and now they are market darlings, figure that out!
