Gaurski, I rang again following my post and have now been re-connected almost immediately to Iress on a "complimentary" basis as they sort their problems.
It seems they dont know who is not able to connect unless you call them. Its to do with the blending of clients with different log-in procedures into the new web-site software.
I was "enabled" within minutes of my call. Give them a ring, mate, and you should be right.
