Qu 1 - In terms of off-takers for char, syngas and solid fuel, we wont be signing take or pay contracts until we are closer to commissioning. We have been engaging with multiple parties for the offtake to date but to lock in on off-taker at this early stage would be taking on too much risk in our delivery commitments ahead of progress of the project to allow us to better estimate timing of production. If something comes in earlier we will update the market accordingly.
Qu 2 - Full market update on strategy coming in early January for India.
Qu 3 - Insurance payout expected to be closer to $2.5m. When final review by insurance co is complete, expected in early January, the market will be updated.
Qu 4 - Resigned in part to assist with the right-sizing of the company's HR resources and skill sets in alignment with the next 12 month's direction. Stays on as a NED, which is great for the company.
