MLX/WGR would only be interested in Rover therefore outright takeover zero probability IMO
A couple mil in scrip would probably seal the deal for the Rover assets. And maybe a small production royalty (1%). That would give ADN some play money to drill in SA for a little while
The market is sick, everyone is suffering, so assets are selling and will be sold way below fair value. Unfortunately ADN don't have the legacy of a large cash buffer to ride out the storm, so asset monetisation is likely to occur, starting with Rover
