The sold out message would be seperate to the retesting of the products. They can still sell. They just can't, for the time being, publicly claim it prevents Covid for 30 days.
However, the fact that it's sold out tells me people are still purchasing the product. FYI this is just for Zoono UK, does not apply for other countries where they sell the product.
