It has taken us 12 months to finalise the testing required, particularly around virus testing, it’s been very difficult to get lab time in the USA due to Covid , our final application was lodged with EPA in September, they have a 30 day period to request further information and from the 30 days there is a 150 day period for final approval, the 30 days expired with no issues so we are now into the 150 day period.

There is no longer any fast track system and a lot of the companies who got approved under the fast track have been canceled from the N list.

I am as impatient as everybody else but it just takes time.
