Just adding given you've stated your uncertainty (re @Delcos66 query) on what needs to be disclosed / announced via ASX.

I've worked with listed businesses in the past and yes the rule is %-based (whether revenue, profit etc.) in relation to guidance the market has been previously provided either via forecasts per annual reports / presentations or reforecasts / market updates such as sales updates.

General rules of thumb (whether management's new expectations are up or down):
0-5% change - no update required
5-10% change - discretionary, if 5% increase in revenue for example, management can be bullish and provide an update; however, I'm cautious of such management if they're trying to pump the stock price; and
10%+ - very likely an update needs to be provided
