My reading of the message you posted re "rollout" was that they were going to apply it in their stores as opposed to sell it. They may still go ahead with applying it in their stores so that the bacteria does not fester and they have a clean, safe environment when they reopen their stores.
Alternatively, contact Myers to get it from them directly.
