TSI is currently looking for someone who befits the following role: Role: Sales Head (Merchant Acquisition and Distribution) Job Description / Responsibilities: • Merchant acquisition and driving merchant relationship • Ability to deliver stiff targets • Prepare go to market strategy on merchant acquisition & sales targets • Generation of new database & mining existing database, market research, referrals driving and gather required market knowledge • Coordination with various internal departments • Be the Subject Matter expert on merchant interfaces & work with product for improvements • Manage merchant accounts and drive business analysis Skills/Knowledge: B2B & B2M Selling Experience, Channel Management, Business Alliances, Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving, Experience in Retail industry or/and online portals or/and alliance industry in a solution selling, Experience in Distribution network mandatory, Merchant acquisition experience, Good communication & negotiation skills, Team management.
