I love reading factual rational posts backed by real data instead of opinionated dot joining rumour spin. This is the type of rational post that has given people real insight into investing in LTR from the early days. It's from posts like yours @8horse that have helped people make life changing fortunes and will continue into the future. I totally concur with your views and data. When people talk about Gina and how she has lost money in her investment in LTR and that she doesn't know what she is doing, just look at her iron ore plays mid 2000's. People would have been saying the same thing back then with her investments when prices were so low. Not too far into the future she collects billions of dollars a year on those so called bad investments. The suckers here are all the down rampers with their short term trades. Short term it matters not, things change fast like you say in the resource space and if you look at fundamentals of even just ev growth yoy it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realise what will happen with supply vs demand. And this is at the bottom of the cycle imagine what will happen when things are moving up.
