Was going to buy this based on the co. being in a great space...

Was going to buy this based on the co. being in a great space and fundamentals (relatively cheap). Always get excited when I think I've found a prospective buy. But  have concerns re the management of this company...having read this Crikey article...http://www.crikey.com.au/topic/japara-healthcare/ .

Also seems a hell of a lot of this business relies on government regulation  and financial "engineering"...also alluded to in the Crikey article.

The $5m underpay issue further raises concerns and certainly question marks about management.

Reading the CEO's November (from memory)presentation didn't impress me..but that could be just, thought it was quite superficial, though he did highlight just how reliant this co. is on govt regulations.

Be happy for someone to counter these concerns, as these are just my initial thoughts on what I thought might have been a good investment. Cheers.
